We cater for all skill levels (depending upon conditions) from the eager novice that doesn’t know their port from starboard, to the avid sailor in need of an hour or day on the water.
Hobie “Wave” Catamarans are a fantastic and easy way to realise the thrill that every sailor knows. Hobie "Wave" Catamarans are known for being one of the easiest catamarans to tack, even without a jib. Easy to understand free 5 minutes of instruction is included in your hire, so you’ll be sailing along the magnificent Pumicestone Passage wondering why you hadn’t done this earlier. For those that need a little more guidance, arrange for a 30-60 minute lesson with one of our instructors to help you get that extra confidence to be independent on the water.
Our Hobie “Wave” Catarmarans are easier sail than you think and are a convenient and fun way for the intermediate sailor to hone their skills on the magnificent protected waterway.
Note: Catamaran Hire is available mostly on weekends and school holidays, unless arranged by special appointment. Nonetheless, it is always best to call first to make a booking and receive advice regarding the best time for sailing due to tides and winds.

FREE 5 MINUTES INSTRUCTION AND LIFE JACKETS (PFDs) SUPPLIED WITH YOUR HIRE
$30 for 30 minutes or $60 for 60 minutes of one-on-one instruction, if one wants more detailed instruction and coaching
